Tostitos Fiesta Bowl 2012 Parade

The 2012 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Parade takes place on December 31, 2011 at 11 am.  Thousands of people will surely enjoy watching the Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade presented by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation.

The 2012 Fiesta Bowl Parade is a valley tradition which features colorful floats, magnificent helium balloons, marching bands, and equestrian units.  This year’s Grand Marshal will be National League Manager of the Year Kirk Gibson or Arizona Diamondbacks. As grand marshal of the 41st Annual Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade, he will lead the parade and will serve as the special guest at the 41st Annual Tostitos Fiesta Bowl on January 2, 2012. He will also participate in the pre-game festivities and the coin toss.

The parade will start on  Central Ave south of Bethany Home Road, runs south to Camelback Road, west on Camelback Road to 7th Street, and 7th Street south to Campbell Ave.  Click here for the 2012 Fiesta Bowl parade route map.

ESPN will broadcast the event, which is scheduled at 8:30pm ET.  The 2012 Fiesta Bowl will feature the Stanford Cardinal vs Oklahoma State Cowboys match on Monday, January 2, 2012.
