2009 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade New Route Map

This year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2009 route map change which  eliminates Broadway completely.  The parade has traveled on Broadway for decades except this year.  Check out the 2009 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade route map below.

The 2009 Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade will start at the 77th Street and Central Park West heading South down the Central Park West going to Columbus Circle at the 59th Street. The parade will then go along Central Park South from the Columbus Circle and go to the 7th Avenue until it reaches Times Square – 42nd Street.  At the 42nd Street, the parade will turn East one block until 6th Avenue then turning South until Macy’s in Herald Square at 34th Street.
